Natürlich werden die meisten Fabrikate ohnehin in China produziert, allerdings mit unterschiedlicher Qualität und zu unterschiedlichen Preisen. Auch die großen Marktführer produzieren in Asien und der chinesische Anbieter Huawei ist mittlerweile zu einem der größten Global-Player der Branche aufgestiegen.
Smartphones von z. B. Elefone oder HomTom sind dagegen in Deutschland noch relativ unbekannt. Betrachtet man den chinesischen Smartphonemarkt, so erkennt man schnell die rasante Entwicklung bezüglich der Technik, der Qualität und vor allem den Preis betreffend. Bekommt man neueste und umfangreich ausgestattete Geräte in Deutschland meist nicht unter 500 Euro, kosten entsprechende Innovationen in China deutlich weniger. Auslaufmodelle bekommt man oft bereits unter 200 Euro, dabei entsprechen diese meist den gewohnten Standards der deutschen Käufer.
Wie aber ist es für Interessenten aus Deutschland mit den Angeboten der chinesischen Anbieter bestellt? Der Internet-Händler www.coolicool.com (https://de.coolicool.com/) bietet z. B. Smartphone-Jägern ein besonders großes Sortiment mit detaillierten technischen Angaben zu den unterschiedlichen Marken und Modellen. Als Käufer kann man sich zwischen Geräten aus China, alternativ aber auch für Geräte entscheiden, welche bereits in Europa gelagert werden. Aber Vorsicht, auch wenn die Technik oftmals ähnliche Qualität und Entwicklung aufweist wie die Geräte der in Deutschland bekannten Marken, so muss der Käufer bei coolicool auf erhebliche Unterschiede in den einzelnen Bereichen der Vertragsabwicklung achten.
Die Hallo-Holstein-Redaktion hat coolicool getestet und nachfolgend einige unerwartete Abweichungen dargestellt, auf welche unbedingt geachtet werden muss…
1. Wer ein Smartphone bei coolicool.com in China bestellt, der muss bei Lieferung die MwSt. in voller Höhe nachzahlen. Entsprechend ist immer darauf zu achten, dass entweder aus dem europäischen Lager bestellt wird, oder dass 19% Aufpreis beim Paketdienst nachgefordert werden.
2. Coolicool.com hat in zahlreichen Fällen angeboten, die Geräte innerhalb von 15 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zurück zu nehmen und den Kaufpreis voll zu erstatten. Dieser Service wurde unserer Redaktion leider verwehrt, obwohl das Angebot nachgewiesen werden konnte.
3. Bezahlt man bei Coolicool per Paypal, so genießt man keinen verbindlichen Käuferschutz. Zwar gehen die Käufer zunächst davon aus, auch scheinen einzelne Paypal-Mitarbeiter eine andere Auffassung zu vertreten, dennoch möchten sich wohl einige Supportmitarbeiter von coolicool.com nicht daran orientieren.
4. Bei anderweitigen Beanstandungen wurde unserer Redaktion nicht geholfen. Zwar antwortet der Support innerhalb 48 Stunden auf E-Mails, allerdings werden getätigte Aussagen nicht immer umgesetzt und jedes Mal ist jemand anderes aus dem Support mit der Beantwortung beschäftigt. Häufig erscheint es, als würden die Mitarbeiter die gesendeten Inhalte nur anteilig lesen oder ggf. computerisiert auswerten und beantworten.
5. Ein durch uns getestetes Smartphones wurde vor der Auslieferung und ohne unser Einverständnis „geroutet“, also technisch manipuliert. Das Gerät sollte, nach unzähligen Schriftwechseln, nur ersetzt werden, wenn es „komplett“ nach China „zurück“ versendet wird, obwohl es in Europa gekauft wurde. Komplett heißt natürlich mit Akku, welchen man bei dem betroffenen Gerät ohnehin nicht entfernen konnte. Leider werden derartige Pakete von den meisten Paketdiensten aus Deutschland nicht versendet, denn die Akkus müssen als Gefahrengut deklariert werden. Die entstandenen Versandkosten und das Smartphone wurden durch coolicool nicht ersetzt, per E-Mail hatte man dagegen eine Zusage erhalten.
FAZIT: Wer ein Smartphone aus Deutschland bei dem Anbieter Coolicool.com bestellen möchte, der bekommt eine besonders umfangreiche Auswahl geboten. Kommt es zum Schaden oder zu anderweitigen Reklamationen entpuppen sich die Angebotene oft zu Luftblasen, welche schnell zerplatzen können.
